During the shell building process in Investment Casting ,the prepared slurry from the slurry mixer is transferred to the slurry pot. The wax trees / assemblies are dipped into slurry held in this pot. This slurry is under continuous stirring through out its use, in order to prevent the settling or separation of heavier refractory used in the slurry.
